Our Introductory Packs introduce new clients to the Form Haus method. Designed to help you feel confident and supported.

INTRODUCTORY reformer pack

The introductory packs are are available until 31 December 2026 only. Booking must be completed before 31 January 2027. Available once per person, cannot be combined with other offers. Not available for duets, 5 packs or 10 packs.

What to expect at Form Haus

Each session follows a clear and thoughtful structure designed to help your body warm up, move with purpose, and finish feeling balanced and steady. Exercises are carefully planned and sequenced to support natural flow while minimising unnecessary strain.

A typical session includes:

  • Movements carefully sequenced to prepare the body for what follows, rather than jumping between unrelated exercises.

  • Smooth transitions that allow you to stay present and focused throughout the session.

    Intensity and complexity introduced gradually, allowing the body to adapt with control.

  • Strength, coordination, and stability developed in ways that support everyday movement — such as walking, lifting, balance, and control.

  • While each session varies, the overall structure remains familiar, creating a sense of ease and consistency.

 

Sessions are designed to leave you feeling strong, aligned, and grounded — ready to move through the rest of your day with ease.
