Service Description
The session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, movement history, and any injuries, allowing us to tailor your experience. You’ll then be guided through foundational Mat Pilates with an emphasis on proper form, control, and body awareness, setting a strong and supportive foundation for your practice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, and we always appreciate open communication. However, as a small, appointment-based business operating from a private studio, late cancellations and no-shows have a direct impact on our ability to operate sustainably. For this reason, our cancellation policy is firm and consistently applied. Private & Duet Sessions • 24 hours or more notice: no charge • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the session fee is forfeited • No-show: 100% of the session fee is forfeited Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where safety or session flow would be compromised and will be treated as a no-show.
