Our Mat Pilates sessions are a fun and feel-good addition to private celebrations and group getaways. Perfect for hens weekends, birthdays, weekend escapes, or time away with friends, these sessions are designed to be welcoming, light-hearted, and easy to enjoy together. Sessions can be tailored to match the mood of your celebration, relaxed and grounding, playful and energising, or somewhere in between. With supportive guidance and a focus on moving well and feeling good, we create a shared experience that’s memorable, uplifting, and just as much about enjoyment as it is about movement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, and we always appreciate open communication. However, as a small, appointment-based business operating from a private studio, late cancellations and no-shows have a direct impact on our ability to operate sustainably. For this reason, our cancellation policy is firm and consistently applied. Private & Duet Sessions • 24 hours or more notice: no charge • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the session fee is forfeited • No-show: 100% of the session fee is forfeited Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where safety or session flow would be compromised and will be treated as a no-show.
